Description
Naka was brought to Friends of the Asian Elephant Hospital following his birth. His mother rejected him and tried to harm him several times, so the staff had to separate mother from baby and make arrangements to take care of the baby on their own. Naka is now an orphan but growing quickly and is a happy little guy surviving on goat's milk. He was only a couple weeks old in this painting taken from a photo in Jan. 2013.
